Annelore Babb

Annelore Babb, 79, Hibbing, MN, died Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in her home.

Annelore was born in 1936 to George and Olga Horn in Nurnberg, Germany. Annelore was a deeply, devoted wife and loving mother of 4 children.

She dedicated her life to God and filled her days taking care of her family. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, sewing, reading, dancing, and playing games. She held many jobs while being the foundation for her family. Her love, warmth and caring ways will be sorely missed.

She is survived by three Daughters and one Son: Petra (James) Cunningham of Hibbing, MN, Evelyn (Paul Checco) Babb of Hibbing, MN, Linda Babb of Hibbing, MN, and John (Cheryl) Babb of Crofton, MD; One Brother: Robert Horn of Germany. One Sister: Else Willfurth of Nurnberg, Germany. Eight Grandchildren: Jimmy Cunningham, Rosiann Babb, Cheruy Needham, Rachel Cunningham, Jeremy Kime, Chyloe Cheetham, Cheric Vigeant, and Chylene Babb; and Twelve Great Grandchildren: Caylee Martin, Jesse Cunningham, Syreena Babb, Aidane Babb, Tony Needham, Marley Needham, Tyson Needham, Malia Cheetham, Maile Cheetham, Caleb Vigeant, Owen Vigeant, and Khloe Vigeant; and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband (John Roy Babb) and brother, Willie Horn.

Funeral: Per Annelore’s request, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Hibbing. The Rev. Gabriel Waweru will celebrate the Mass.

Burial: Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery of Hibbing.
