Antoinette K. Dasovich, 93, lifelong Nashwauk resident, died Friday, April 26, 2013 at her home. She was born in Nashwauk to Domenic and Angela Sarago on April 13, 1920. She married George Dasovich in 1941 at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church.  Antoinette was a member of the Italian American Club in Nashwauk and loved spending time at the cabin at Crooked Lake.  Church was very important in her life, she was a member of the Choir and both she and George helped out at Church throughout the years.
She is survived by her sister, Santina Baratto, Hibbing, and many special nieces and nephews. Antoinette was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers,  Robert, Joe, John, and Frank Sarago, 2 sisters, Victoria Bennett and Mary Sarago.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am. Saturday, May 4, 2013 in St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in Nashwauk with the Rev. Fr. Dennis Hoffman celebrating the Mass of Christian Burial. Visitation will be in Church starting at 10:00 am.  Burial will be in the Nashwauk Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be, Jack Baratto, Thomas Sarago, Steve Dasovich, Barbara Baratto, Angela Jagan, and Joana Ukali.  Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home.
