Blanche J. Laurich, 95, Keewatin, MN, died Sat. Dec.2, 2017 in Sartell, MN. She was born June 2, 1922 in the Bennett Location near Keewatin, the daughter of Frank and Evana Shubat. She was a member of the Keewatin VFW Auxiliary, St. Mary’s Catholic Church and it’s St. Bernadette’s Circle, the Slovenian Women’s Union and the Keewatin Senior Citizens.
She is survived by her children John (Sandra) Laurich of Garrison, MN, Patty (Mark) Banwart of Shakopee, MN, Janet (Tom) Keppel of Fargo, ND and Nancy (Rob) Anderson of Minneapolis, MN, 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jack in 2000, sisters Zora and Elizabeth and Brothers Marvin, Walter and Emil.
Pall Bearers will be her grandchildren Shannon Olson, Krista Durrwachter, Jamie Omann, Leah Omann, Benjamin Banwart, Paul Banwart.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday December 5, 2017 At 12:00 pm in the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Hibbing. Visitation will be in the church one hour prior to the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery.
