On May 25, 2015 at her home in Cherry, MN, while surrounded by loved ones, Bonnie M. Paine was called home to be with Our Lord and Savior.  She was born May 17, 1938 in LaPorte, MN, the daughter of Clifford and Elizabeth Blanchard.  She married Donald Paine on July 7, 1956.  Together they raised 4 children.  She has lived in Cherry, MN since 1971.  A dedicated member of Faith United Lutheran Church of Iron, MN, Bonnie always loved to share her faith with others.  Bonnie worked as a Shaklee representative for 37 years.  As a health activist she committed her life to helping others. She loved large family gatherings in her home during the holidays and special visits with each of her children and grandchildren.  She also loved to spend time with 2 of her closest friends: Lillian and Helen.
She is survived by her children Randolph (Deanna) Paine and Cherie (Ricky) Luukkonen both of Cherry, Robin (Hugh) Etter of Eveleth, MN and Angela (Michael) Dobson of Cherry, her brothers: Orlan Blanchard of LaPorte, MN, Kenneth (Gladys) Blanchard of Detroit Lakes, MN, and Bruce (Linda) Blanchard of LaPorte, sisters in law Marlyce and Kathy Blanchard, grandchildren: Donald (Nicole), Joseph, Timothy, Tiffany (Greg), Melinda (Aaron), Jessica (Rich), Karisa (Jason), Joshua, Macey, Nichole (Aaron), Tara (Jordan), Dustin (Tesla), Jade and Lindsay, great grandchildren Ariahna, Elora, Elijah, Elian, Elana, Riley, Jordan, Ellie, Hailee, Jonathan, Jayden, Madison, Adrien, Jaxsen, Walker  and Milo.  She was preceded in death by her husband Donald, and infant daughter Kelly, siblings and their spouses: Maynard (Opal), Harlan, LeRoy, Donald  and Carole (Verlyn) Johnson and her sister in law Gloria.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 29, 2015 at Faith United Lutheran Church in Iron, MN.  Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the church.  Burial will be in the Forbes Cemetery, Iron.
