Casey M. Lantz, 31, Chisholm, formerly of Hibbing, died Saturday, September 13, 2014, as the result of a motorcycle accident.  He was born to Mark and Shirley Lantz in Hibbing on October 5, 1982, and had been employed at CKRJ Welding. Casey enjoyed riding his motorcycle and being at the Warlock clubhouse in Kelly Lake.  He was dedicated to the care of his saltwater fish and loved solving the world’s problems with Adam.  Casey spent all of his time with his wife and soul mate, Jessica.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica; his parents, Mark and Shirley Lantz of Hibbing; his sister, Theresa (Scott) Eades, Loveland, CO; his paternal grandfather, Bert Lantz, Shelton, WA; his niece, AnnMarie Eades, Loveland, CO; and his dogs, Evander and Bella.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sam and Mildred Radika; and paternal grandmother, Marie Lantz.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, Wednesday, September 17, 2014, in the Dougherty Funeral Home with visitation starting at 10:30 am.  In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.  To leave an online message of condolence, please visit www.doughertyofhibbing.com.
