Catherine Lynn (Cameron) Davison

Catherine Lynn (Cameron) Davison passed away suddenly on February 5, 2019 at the age of 59. She was born on September 15, 1959 the daughter of Fay and June (Newberg) Cameron.  She grew up in Coleraine and Hibbing with her parents, sister and two brothers. She moved to Montana after high school before returning back to Minnesota. She soon started a family of her own and lived in the twin cities for over 20 years with her husband and two sons. She then returned to Hibbing and had lived there for the past 10 years. Catherine enjoyed the outdoors, even when working in it regularly. She loved doing arts and crafts, as well as going to the movies whenever she could. Her sunny personality was only paralleled by her creativity. She will be remembered as a warm, humble, supportive, strong, caring, fun-loving lady who loved and supported her family and friends deeply.

Catherine is survived by her mother, June Cameron, husband Steve Davison, and her two sons Andrew and Al Davison; her siblings Mary (James) Vaccari, Richard (Paula) Cameron and William (Celia) Cameron, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Fay Cameron.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm. Saturday May 18, 2019 in the Dougherty Funeral Home with the Deacon Grant Toma officiating.   Visitation will be at 1:00 pm. Burial will be in the Forbes Cemetery.
