Celeste “Sally” J. Peters, 74, longtime resident of Hibbing, passed away Wednesday July 19, 2017 in her home. Sally was born February 20, 1943 to Mike and Nancy (Forstrom) Javorina in Hibbing.
Sally is survived by her children: Nick Peters of Hibbing, and Amy Jo (Jason Kawamoto) Peters of Elk River, MN; a sister Corrinne (Keith) Hibbard of St. Cloud, MN; a brother Mickey (Rose) Javorina of Hibbing; grandchildren: Samantha and Jesse Peters of Hibbing, and a great grandchild Jayden Peters of Hibbing. She was preceded in death by her parents. Per Sally’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
