David Alexander Haiman

David A. Haiman, 20, longtime resident of Hibbing died Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in Deer River, MN.  He was born on September 1, 1995 to David C. Haiman and Wendy (Graves) Lewis in Hibbing, MN.  David was employed as a Residential Programs Instructor with Range Center in Chisholm, MN.  He was involved with Boy Scouts during his youth.  David loved the outdoors.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and four-wheeling as his pastimes.

David is survived by his father, David C. Haiman, mother, Wendy (Darrell) Lewis, Hibbing, siblings, Brittany Haiman, Hibbing, Ashley Graves-Carter, Hibbing, April Lewis, Hibbing, and Felicia Haiman, Meadowlands, his maternal grandparents, David (Jewell) Graves, Keewatin, and paternal grandparents, Howard (Sandy) Haiman, Britt, MN, and his niece, Paige Haiman of Hibbing.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jan Haiman.

Private funeral services for David will be held at Hibbing Alliance Church in Hibbing.  The Rev. Mark Larson will officiate. Interment will be in the Maple Hill cemetery of Hibbing.   Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
