Deborah K. Lendacky Edmonds

Deborah K. Lendacky Edmonds, 60, died peacefully in her home surrounded by family on August 14, 2018.  She was born Aug. 27, 1957 in Virginia, MN, the daughter of Lawrence and Betty Lendacky.  She married Garry Edmonds on March 3, 1984.  She worked for ISD #701 in the Special Education Department and also worked as a custodian there.  In her leisure she enjoyed time with her family, friends, and traveling.  She is survived by her children Karly (Matt) Olson, Katie Edmonds and Eric (Chelsey) Edmonds, all of Hibbing, her father Lawrence Lendacky, her mother Betty, grammas favorite girl in the whole wide world - Esme Garry Olson, her sisters: Mary (Mark) Rutar of Buyck, MN, Kimberly (Kent) Huddelston of Hibbing and Linda (Curtis) Gay of Marion, AR,  her fiance Duane Farden and his sons Matthew (Nicole) and Bryan Farden and Matthew and Nicole’s  children Jackson and Ryder Farden, numerous nieces and nephews and her joyful friends; the Ya Ya’s.  She was preceded in death by her husband Garry in 2007.  Visitation will be at the Dougherty Funeral Home on Sunday, August 19th from 5-7pm., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.  Funeral services will be held in the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on Monday, August 20th starting with visitation at 9am and the funeral to follow starting at 10a.m.  Burial will be at the Maple Hill Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fairview Range Homecare and Hospice.
