Debra Ann Lenzen

Debra Ann Lenzen, 58, Iron, formerly of Hibbing died Saturday February 18, 2017 at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was born in Hibbing to Ronald and Linda (Severson) Lang on February 21, 1958. She had been employed as the Dietary Manager at Golden Crest Nursing Home for many years and was the Volunteer Coordinator for Fairview Hospice. Debra was well known as a very caring person who thrived on helping others.

She will be missed by her husband Gene, mother Linda Lang, Hibbing, siblings, Roberta Lang and Jeff (Peggy) Lang both of Hibbing, and her nieces Samantha and Jessica.  Debra was preceded in death by her father Ronald Lang, brother-in-law Richard Lenzen, and mother and father-in-law, Mike and Genevieve Lenzen.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am. Thursday, February 23, 2017 in Our Savior’s Lutheran Church with the Rev. Kevin Olson officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:30 to 7:00 pm. in the Dougherty Funeral Home and continue at 10:00 am., Thursday in the Church.  Burial will be in the Cook Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Fairview Hospice.
