Diana L. Gibson

Diana L. Gibson, 68, lifelong resident of Hibbing died Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at home with family by her side.  She was born August 27, 1954 to Onnie and Vienna (Karna) Heikkila in Hibbing.  She married Jerry Gibson on June 15, 1985 in Hibbing.  Diana was employed with Heritage Manor in their Admin Department throughout her career.  She loved spending time with her family and friends, camping and shopping as some of her favorite pastimes.

Diana is survived by her husband Jerry Gibson, Hibbing, MN, daughters, Karey Swenson, Blaine, MN and Krysta Gibson, Chaska, MN, her siblings, Joan Kurschner, Janice Sampson, Karen Gzym, Leone Pierce, Lora Heikkila, and Tom Heikkila, along with many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Diana’s life will start at 2:00 pm, Saturday, June 17, 2023 at her home in Hibbing.  Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
