Dwight R. Branville 72, Nashwauk, MN, died Wed. Nov. 14 at home with his family by his side. He was born in St. Paul to Vernon and Ruth (Wood) Branville. Dwight grew up in St. Paul before moving to Cross Lake and finally settling in Nashwauk, where he made his home for the last 14 years. Dwight loved going fishing and playing cribbage. He also enjoyed going to the races and the casino, as long as he was winning. The most important thing to him was his family. Dwight is survived by his wife, Kathleen, sons, Greg and Rob (Lori) Branville, daughters, Kimberly (Marc) Branville-Trottier and Michelle (John) Kukkonen, siblings, Vernon (Donna) Jr., Clinton (Connie) and Steven Branville, 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces nephews relatives and friends and his beloved dog, Annie May. Dwight was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Ruth and his sisters, Bonnie Marie Lewandowski, Cynthia Ann Branville and Lori Haller. Memorial service will be held 12 noon, Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Cloverdale Hall in Nashwauk. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
