Edward Peter Staudohar

Edward Peter Staudohar, 89, lifelong Hibbing resident died Monday, November 2, 2015.  He was born in Hibbing to John and Anna Staudohar on February 22, 1926.  Edward was an Army Veteran of WW II serving in Luzon, Philippines. He had been employed with Eveleth Mines as a Maintenance Mechanic. Edward was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He will be missed by his 2 daughters, Barbara (Ted Johnson) Staudohar-Johnson, Hibbing, and Marlene Harsch, Hibbing, 2 grandaughters, Carla and Dawn Harsch, and 2 great granddaughters, Elora and Sharie Harsch.  Ed was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, William and Frank Staudohar, and sister Mary Krueger.

There will be a time of sharing at 2:00 pm. Friday, November 6, 2015 in the Dougherty Funeral Home with gathering of family and friends beginning at 1:00 pm.  Military Honors will be accorded by the Mid-Range Honor Guard.
