Evelyn E. “Peanut” Zbacnik

Evelyn “Peanut” Zbacnik passed away peacefully in her sleep Nov. 23, 2018.

She is survived by her son, Derikk (Leah) Zbacnik; daughter, Jessica Zbacnik; grandsons: Trestin, Jacob and Brandon; brothers, Melvin and Dennis (Tex) Walters; sisters, Elizabeth Wilenius and Shirley (Rob) Huntsperger; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and Rolland I Walters; brothers: Rolland II (Frosty), Derell, Charlie, Les and Louie Walters.

Her sister Shirley would like to thank Cornerstone Villa of Buhl and Northstar Hospice for all of Peanut’s comfort and care.

Funeral services for Peanut will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.  Steve Tomberlin will officiate.  Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the 1:00 pm service at the funeral home on Thursday.  A luncheon in Peanut’s honor will be in the funeral home reception room immediately following the memorial service.  Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
