Faith V. Nelson, 67, Hibbing, died Sunday, June 12, 2016 in the Heritage Manor Health Care Center in Chisholm, MN. She was born in Park Rapids, MN on May 21, 1949, the daughter of Guy and Linda Spurlin. Faith married David Nelson on Aug. 27, 1977 and together they moved to Hibbing to make their home. Faith was an accomplished musician, having sung, and played piano and organ at numerous ceremonies for many churches.
She is survived by her husband David, her children Andrew Nelson of New Brighton, MN and Dulcianna Nelson of Chisholm, her mother Linda Spurlin of Cloquet, MN and her sisters: Janet Oachs of Esko, MN, Phyllis Niemi of Overland Park, KS and Barbara (Bill) Mills of Munising, MI. She was preceded in death her father Guy and her brother Tim.
