Frances Bonacci

Frances Bonacci, 88, Hibbing, died Monday, Nov. 7, 2016, in Hibbing.  She was born in Hibbing on Jan. 10, 1928, to Arthur and Mary Lantman.  Frances married Thomas Bonacci on Oct. 25, 1947.  She had worked at Hibbing General Hospital as a housekeeper, but her life revolved around her family.  She enjoyed crocheting, puzzle books and playing cards with her sisters.  She also loved to follow Nascar and her favorite driver, Joey Logano.

She is survived by her children Judy (Ron) Lervik of Mt. Iron, MN and Thomas A. “Punky” (Glynda) Bonacci of Hibbing; her sister, Anne Lopac, of Mt. Iron; grandchildren: Lisa (Aron) Moses, Michael Lervik, Lynn Falk, Brian (Cindy) Lervik and Kariann (Chris) Neutilla; and her great grandchildren: Damian, Keegan, Jocelyn, Jack and Riley.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas; her daughter, Marilyn Falk; several brothers and sisters; and her son-in-law, Ben Falk

Funeral services will be 1:30 PM on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016 at Dougherty Funeral Home.  Visitation will be in the funeral home Sunday from 12:30 PM until service time.  Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
