Gerald Anthony Riccio
Gerald A. Riccio, 71, Keewatin, died Monday, November 7, 2016, at Guardian Angels Health Care Center, Hibbing. He was born Sept. 13, 1945, in Cook, MN to Anthony and Beatrice (Swanson) Riccio. Gerald served in the U.S. Air Force as a jet engine mechanic and retired from National Steel Pellet Company as a shovel operator and truck driver. His hobbies included woodworking, puzzles, and playing the organ.
He is survived by three children: Christopher (Doreen) Baker of Monticello, Tammy Riccio of Arvada, Colorado, and James (Danielle) Riccio of Thornton, Colorado; a brother-in-law, Kenneth Brantner, of Keewatin; four grandsons; three granddaughters; one great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; his parents; and a sister, Barbara (Dan) Kukich.
