Janet Saari

Janet A. Saari Janet A. Saari, 71, of Janet Lake near Hibbing, died Monday, August 31, 2015 at her home. She was born in Minneapolis to Harold and Irene (Vedvig) Reier on June 30, 1944. She had been employed with the Hibbing Hospital as an RN retiring in 2004. She was a dedicated Nurse and also dedicated to her cats. Janet enjoyed crocheting, was an avid reader and a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. She will be missed by her siblings, M. Walter (Jo Ann) Reier, Duluth, Harold E. Reier, Fargo, and Barbara (Martin) Tilley, Kearney, Neb., brother in law, Calvin (Barbara) Saari, Nashwauk, sister in law, Mary Ann Kochevar, Hibbing, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Gary Saari on January 24, 2013 and her parents. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am., Saturday, September 5, 2015 in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with visitation one hour before the service. Burial will be held at Suomi Cemetery.
