Jeffrey Thomas Loff

Jeffrey T. Loff, 58, lifelong resident of Pengilly died Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Fairview Range Medical Center in Hibbing.  He was born on February 29, 1960 to Paul and Della (Forbord) Loff in Grand Rapids, MN.  He was a graduate of Greenway High School.  In 1979, Jeff was employed with National Steel as a truck driver and has worked there for 38 years.  He was an avid sports fan, builder of many model cars, boats, and airplanes to name a few.   He also enjoyed family events and get-togethers throughout his lifetime.

He is survived by his two sisters, Paula (Lloyd) Drake, Nashwauk, MN, Debra Loff, Hibbing, his four nephews, Carey (Sarah) Drake, Silvana, WA, Todd (Kari) Drake, Nashwauk, Adam Drake, Cushing, WI, and Rick Loff, Grand Rapids, MN, amd five great-nieces and nephews, Emily, Zach, Ethan, Preston, and Mary.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Della, and both maternal and paternal grandparents.

Funeral services for Jeff will be 1:00 pm, Friday, March 16, 2018 at Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.  The Rev. Steve Tomberlin will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home on Friday.  A private family interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery of Coleraine in the summer.  Arrangements are with Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
