Joseph S. “Joey” Clement
Joseph S. “Joey” Clement, 55, Iron, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, in his home. He was born on February 27, 1958, to David C. and Ann R. Clement. Joey graduated from Cherry High School and had worked as a crusher operator, Local 49, for Premier Aggregate in Virginia. He loved hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, farming, and tinkering with his dozer.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Clement, of Iron; three step-children, Peter (Kathy O’Gorman) Giving of Bovey, MN, Erin (Lanny) Polinder of Milaca, and Michael (Jen) Giving of Nashwauk; 5 grandchildren: Summer, Warren, and Megan Polinder and Jaelyn and Adlee Giving; eight siblings: Davey (Wanda) Clement of Zim, Mike (Kris) Clement of Hibbing, Angela (Tom) Noll of Eveleth, Vince (Deb) Clement of Cherry, Regina (Rick) Brant of Hibbing, Roxanne (Greg) Vetsch of St. Michael, MN, Tony (Jen) Clement of Cherry, and Janet (Matt) Rohlader of Hermantown; and by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be Wednesday March 27, 2013, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Hibbing, from 10:30—11:30 AM.
Funeral service will be 11:30 AM Wednesday in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Hibbing.
