Joyce E. Dumond

Joyce E. Dumond age 95 of Kelly Lake, MN passed away Monday, December 25, 2023. She was born February 6, 1928, to Earl and Nelda (Hoehne) Parsons in Milwaukee, WI. On October 26, 1946, Joyce was joined in marriage to Nor Dumond. In 1947 Joyce and Nor Moved to Kelly Lake. Joyce was employed for a little while at the Post Office in Kelly Lake. Norval and Joyce greatly enjoyed traveling around to watch the races and visit casinos, they traveled to Montana, Florida and numerous places in the Midwest. Joyce liked cruising back roads looking for deer, feeding the squirrels, birds and deer in her yard. She was also a proficient knitter and crocheter. Joyce is survived by her sons, Steve Dumond, Bruce (Sandy) Dumond, grandchildren, Jesse Dumond, Kristi Dumond, Jamie (Joe) McKenney, Kelly (Nick) Hoff, Stephani (Jason) Dahl, great-grandchildren, Breydon, KV, Mya, Matthew, Reece, Seger, Sloane, Kadynce, Brooks, Bowen, nieces, Kathy and Karen, nephew, Al and sister-in-law, “Auntie Sel.” She was preceded in death by her, parents Earl and Nelda, husband, Nor, son, Scott and siblings, Ginny and Keith. Per Joyces request no services will be held.
