Kristi A. Dilley, 53, lifelong resident of Hibbing died Saturday, April 12, 2014 at home with her family by her side. She was born on April 14, 1960 to Ray and Betty (Weed) Arnason in Hibbing, MN. Kristi was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Hibbing, She was a loving mother, sister, friend, and grandma who spent her days surrounded by the people she loved, sewing, writing, reading, shopping trips and attending her grandchildren’s many events. She spent her summers at Burnt Shanty Lake with family and dear friends.
She is survived by her three daughters, Karissa Dilley, Duluth, MN, Carly (Thomas) Inforzato, Hibbing, and Annie Dilley, Hibbing, her four grandchildren, Isiah Dilley, Toby, Mayzie, and Josephine Inforzato, her three siblings, Robert Arnason, Taconite, MN, Patricia (Tim) Casey, Side Lake, MN, Richard “Arny” (Carmen) Arnason, Brandon, FL, her former husband, Dan Dilley, Hibbing, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Betty Arnason.
Funeral services for Kristi will be held at 1:00pm, Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the First Lutheran Church in Hibbing. The Rev. Larry Quanbeck will officiate. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until the 1:00pm service at the church on Thursday. Interment will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery of Hibbing. Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
