Lisa Marie Kniffin
Lisa Marie Kniffin, 54, died peacefully with family at her side at St Luke’s Hospital on January 4, 2015.
She is the daughter of Phylis Kniffin, and the late Dean Kniffin, and sister of Michael Kniffin and Barbara Gilbert. She is survived by two loving sons, Tyler Glad and Spencer Glad; loving daughters-in-law Krystle and Ashley; and grandchildren Emily, Austin, Max, and Aylla.
Lisa graduated from Hibbing High School in 1978 and worked as Head Cashier for thirty years at the Hibbing Public Utilities. She was beloved by the management and had a smiling face for every client who walked in the door. Lisa loved spending time at the lake and caring for her grandchildren. She enjoyed her puppies, Maizie and Indy; traveling, and riding her Harley Davidson Motorcycle. She participated in The Walk for the Cure for 13 years with friends and family in support of Breast Cancer Research.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am., Thursday, January 8, 2015, in the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Friends are invited to gather at the Church at 9:30 am. Thursday.
