Loraine C. Matosich, 74, Keewatin, died Friday July 6, 2012, at Fairview University Medical Center—Mesabi in Hibbing.  She was born in Grand Rapids, MN on July 19, 1937, to George A. and Bearl Allison.  Loraine graduated from Grand Rapids High School and had worked as an office supervisor for Prudential Insurance  and later as a payroll supervisor at Hibbing General Hospital and University Medical Center—Mesabi.  She was a longtime member of The Order of Eastern Star.
Loraine is survived by her husband, Richard “Dick” Matosich of Keewatin; 3 sons: Michael Matosich of Port Richey, FL, Dennis (Connie) Matosich of St. Louis, MO, and Kelly (Cheryl) Matosich of Salt Lake City, UT; 3 grandchildren:  Bobbie Sue (Jason) Kesterson, Douglas Matosich, and Brent Matosich; a great-granddaughter, Olivia Matosich; 4 siblings: Georgianna Egland, John Allison, Tom Allison, and Edith Woodard; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and by a sister, Arlene Wivel.
Visitation will be Wednesday July 11, 2012, from 10—11 AM at Dougherty Funeral Home, Hibbing.
