Lorraine Barbara Sixberry
Lorraine B. Sixberry, 91, Side Lake, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at home. She was born in North Hibbing on July 15, 1921, to John and Leona Scofield. Lorraine was united in marriage to Russell Sixberry on Aug. 9, 1942, and they made their home at Side Lake. She loved her family, enjoyed her hobby club and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Chisholm.
She is survived by five children: Ed (Marilyn) Sixberry, Jim (Lori) Sixberry, Gary Sixberry, Carol (Michael Sinko) Leeds, all of Side Lake and LeAnn Sixberry of Cherry; nine grandchildren: Jason, Tony, Sean, Laura, Leann, Jody, Bill, Dustin, and Derek; 11 great-grandchildren; and by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell, in 1979; by her parents; by her stepmother, Violet Scofield; and by a brother, John Scofield.
