Marion Frances Muha

Marion Frances Muha, 87, longtime Keewatin resident died Saturday September 22, 2018 at Fairview Range Medical Center in Hibbing.  She was born in Pontiac, Mich. on January 1, 1931 to Homer and Marion (Racine) Mortimore.  While living in Chicago Marion was an accomplished soprano and was a member of the Oratorio Society. Her most proud choral achievement was to sing with the opera singer Sherrill Milnes. Marion’s faith was very important to her, she was a member of the Blue Army and the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She was very devoted to her family in every way.

She is survived by her children, Jennifer (Glenn) Christianson, Hibbing, Mary Oliveira, Keewatin, and Edward (Deannah) Muha, Chisago, MN, her sister Joan Hornsby, Palatine, IL,  former husband, Edward A. Muha, Superior, WI, 16 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held.
