Marlene L. Paver, 78, lifelong Hibbing resident passed away peacefully Sunday, November 25, 2012 at home. She was born in Hibbing to George and Mary Krtinich, on February 14, 1934 and was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker. Marlene was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Hibbing.
She is survived by her husband, John, son, Craig (Kathy) Paver, Herndon, VA, daughter, Michelle (Alan) Redding, St. Augusta, MN, brother, Ernest (Judy) Ozanich, Keewatin, 6 grandchildren, Rita, Jack and Abby Paver, and Ana, Alex and Jake Redding, and several nieces and nephews. Marlene was preceded in death by her son Jeff Paver, brothers, George, Don, and Steve Krtinich, and her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am., Thursday, November 29, 2012 in the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Anthony Craig celebrating the Mass of Christian Burial. Visitation will be in the Church for one hour before Mass. Burial will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery. We would wish to extend a special thank you to Amber Gibson and family for loving, compassionate care. Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home.
