Mary Ann Krueger, 86, Virginia, formerly of Hibbing, died peacefully on Monday, March 24, 2014, at Chestnut Grove Assisted Living in Virginia. She was born in Hibbing, MN on March 4, 1928, the daughter of John and Anna Staudohar. A graduate of Hibbing High School and the University of Minnesota, Mary retired from the Minneapolis Library System then returned to live in Hibbing. Her hobbies included organic gardening, sewing, reading and knitting.
She is survived by a daughter, Clarisse Siemon, of Atlanta, GA; her brother, Edward Staudohar, of Hibbing; and grandson Michael Siemon. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, William and Frank Staudohar.
