Nancy C. Hill, 77, Kelly Lake died Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Fairview Range Medical Center in Hibbing. She was born on June 16, 1936 to Merle and Esther (Tennyson) Niedermeier in Hibbing. Nancy Graduated from the Hibbing High School. She held various jobs throughout her life. Nancy and her husband Ken spent many winters in Bullhead City, AZ. She always enjoyed playing bingo with her Arizona friends, going out to eat with her friends, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Ken Hill, Hibbing, three children, Shelly Packard, Monticello, MN., Cheryl Thronson, Hibbing, and Mike (Gina) Hill, Hibbing, her brother, Vernon Niedermeier, Hibbing, sister, Patricia Gehrke, St. Francis, MN, her special cousin, Charles Niedermeier, Nevis, MN., her four grandchildren, Mandi Packard, Monticello, MN., and Brian (Nicole) Packard, Hanover, MN., Cayman Hill, Aspen Hill, and one on the way all from Hibbing, her great-grandchildren, Brian Maxwell Packard, Isaac Becklund, Isaiah Becklund, step-great grandchildren-Preston Becklund, and Alana Becklund, her beloved dog, Mickey, and various nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Esther, and her sister, Joyce Hillman.
Per Nancy’s request there will be a private family funeral at the Dougherty Funeral Home in Hibbing. A spring interment will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery of Hibbing.
