Onalee Buchwitz

Onalee Buchwitz age 94 of Hibbing, MN passed away Monday, December 2, 2019 at Guardian Angels in Hibbing. Onalee was born April 19, 1925 in Presho, SD to Robert and Ila (Thomas) Dixon. Onalee was a member of  Grace Lutheran Church in Hibbing she enjoyed crocheting and knitting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Buchwitz, siblings, Wayne, Sonny and Lucille Butrick. She is survived by her children, Harold Buchwitz of Hibbing, MN and Darlene Bye of Dassel, MN, sister, Donna Anderson of Belgrade, MN and sister-in-law, Darlene Dixon of West Virginia, 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchild. Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Dougherty Funeral Home in Hibbing. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Hibbing.
