Patricia W. Waite, Sun City West, AZ, died on June 4, 2014.  A longtime resident of Cooley Location and Swan Lake, MN, Patricia had resided in Arizona for the past 29 years.  She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother, avid reader, enthusiastic bridge player and gourmet cook whose holiday meals were epic.  She was an active member of the American Assoc. of University Women and the Tri Delta sorority and a former home economics teacher in Nashwauk.  While in Minnesota, she was a member of the Nashwauk and Pengilly Methodist churches.
Patricia is survived by her children; Alison Waite of Phoenix, AZ, Thomas Waite of Plymouth, MN, William (Kay) Waite of Chisholm, MN and Warren (Hien) of Coon Rapids, MN;  9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband William; her sister Peggy; and  her parents, Wilmot and Hazel Walter.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 11, from 12 Noon until the 1:00 p.m. services in the Dougherty Funeral Home, Hibbing.  The Rev. Dawn Houser will officiate.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice of the Valley, Phoenix, AZ.
