Rose M. Peasley, 77, of Hibbing, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017 in Hibbing. Rose was born July 11, 1939 to Louis and Marie (Swanson) Galatz in Hibbing.
She is survived by her husband Harold Peasley, Hibbing; her children: Jim (Barb) Peasley of Blackduck, MN; Chuck (Diane) Collyard of Prior Lake, MN; Dale (Janette) Peasley of Blackduck, MN; Linda (Jim) Schocker of Hines, MN; Mike (Cynthia) Peasley of Haskell, Ark.; Maria (Brad) Nickels of Hill City, MN.; siblings: Chuck Galatz of Billings, MT; Bonnie Dilly of Hibbing, Donna Thellin of Hibbing, Mary (William) Suhonen of Hibbing, Eva (Al) Bement of Boise, ID, Annie (Bob) Peroceski of Kelly Lake, Sam (Carol) Galatz of Hibbing, Bobbie (Bill) Jones of Boise, ID; 24 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Rose was preceded in death by both of her parents, brothers: George Galatz, Vernon Galatz, and Bill Galatz, her sons Jerry Allan Collyard, Mike Collyard and Joseph Collyard.
Funeral services for Rose will be 10:00am, Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Grace Lutheran Church in Hibbing. The Rev. Tim Yearyean will officiate. Visitation will be 9:00 am until the 10:00am service at the church on Saturday.
