Rose Marion (Bill) Wilson

Rose M. Wilson passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth, MN on Friday, November 10, 2023.  She was born in Ely, MN on December 13, 1934 to Frank and Mary (Glavan) Bill.  Rose attended school in Ely and Coleraine, graduating from Greenway High School.  She married Richard Wilson in Las Vegas, NV on June 23, 1969.  Rose started her banking career with the First National Bank of Coleraine then moved to San Francisco, CA, and started her career with the Bank of America.  She worked her way up in the company to become a Global Agency Officer, working in Caracas, Venezuela, Miami, FL, and back to San Francisco where she resided for many years.  She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Mary Bill, Husband Richard Wilson who passed in 2006, her sister Dolores, brother-in-law Martin and many of her Wilson relatives.

Rose is survived by her nephews Frank (Teresa) Sikich and Mark (Cathy Rose-Sikich) Sikich, nieces Mary Christensen and Debra (John) Burton on her side of the family and many other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews on both sides of the family.

The family is planning a memorial service for Rose in the spring.
