Shane Kenneth “Willett” Johnson

Shane K. Johnson, 39, Hibbing died Monday, March 21, 2016 in Babbitt, MN.  He was born on November 25, 1976 to Richard and Cheryl (Willett) Johnson in Hibbing.   Shane was a self taught and talented artist who designed skins for local race cars.  He loved attending the races at the Hibbing Raceway.  He enjoyed cooking, model cars, painting, and drawing.  He faithfully every Sunday, watched NASCAR with his wife.  Shane was also a very proud father and uncle he loved his kids and nieces and nephews unconditionally.

Shane is survived by his wife, Kristina, his children, Tyler Johnson, Hailey Johnson, and Chloe Johnson, his father, Richard Johnson, three step-children, Kelsy and Kyller Yorkell, and Kaylee Johnson, siblings, Shannon Johnson, Timothy (Molly) Johnson, Tiffany Johnson,and Mike Fultz, his aunts, Colleen Trygg, and Bonnie Martinson.

Funeral services for Shane will be 10:30am, Monday, March 28, 2016 at Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home on Monday.  Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
