            Sharon A. Eggen, 63, Eveleth, MN died Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Waterview Pines in Virginia, MN.  She was born May 28, 1960 to William K. and Dona (Steffen) Solberg in St. Paul, MN.  Sharon was known for her traveling and a wandering free spirit.  She will be missed by her family and all who knew her.

            She is survived by her mother, Dona Steffen of Henning, MN, five siblings, Larry Solberg, Paula Lyons, Peter Solberg, David Solberg, and Randy Steffen, along with her nieces and nephews. 

            She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Eggen, father, William K. Solberg, siblings, Wally Solberg and William “Bill” Solberg.

            Per Sharon’s request there will be no services at this time.  Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
