Steve B. Csargo Jr.
Steve B. Csargo Jr., 85, Side Lake, MN, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Fairview Range Medical Center in Hibbing.  He was born on May 18, 1929 to Steve and Rose H. (Mezei) Csargo Sr., in Hibbing, MN.  Steve was a graduate of Hibbing High School.  Later, he proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.  After the service he entered the Sacrament of Marriage with Martha M. Sallila on June 15, 1952 in Hibbing at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.  They then moved to Side Lake to raise their family.  Steve was employed with the Sherman Mine as a Sampler, and later a Truck Driver retiring with over 34 years of service.  He was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Chruch in Hibbing, the VFW Post 8510 of Hibbing, and the D.A.V.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, the outdoors,coin collecting, fishing during his earlier years, collecting stamps, and art.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Csargo, Side Lake, MN, three sons, Steven Csargo, Browerville, MN, Robert “Bobby” Csargo, Perryville, AR, and Richard “Rick” Csargo, Side Lake, MN, two grandchildren and one on the way; Isaak Csargo, Minneapolis, MN, and Allysa Maida, Duluth, MN, one great-grandchild, his special niece, Kathleen Csargo-Hove, Fridley, MN, and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Alex Csargo.
Funeral services for Steve will be held at 1:00pm, Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.  The Rev. Fr. Gabriel Waweru will officiate.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home on Tuesday.  Interment will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery of Hibbing.  Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
