Thomas A. Lauber, 75, Hibbing, died Sunday October 22, 2017 at Essentia St. Mary’s in Duluth. He was born in Duluth to Harold and Edwina (Sabbatini) Lauber on March 20, 1942. Thomas was an Air Force Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He had been employed with Hibbing Taconite and enjoyed curling and golf.
He is survived by his wife Joanne, children, Tamara (Michael Bormes) Lauber, Minneapolis, Timothy (Tammy) Lauber, Navarre, Fla., and Joanna (Omar Brown) Lauber, Minneapolis, his aunt Carol Ann (Aldo) Ongaro, Hibbing, 6 grandchildren, one great-grandson, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
In keeping with Thomas’s wishes a private funeral service will be held. Military Honors will be accorded by Mid-Range Honor Guard.
