Thomas Orlando Schinderle Jr.

Thomas Orlando Schinderle, Jr., 47, of Hibbing, MN passed away Saturday April 15, 2017.  Tom was born in Hibbing, MN on June 17, 1969 to Tom and Janet Schinderle.  He graduated from Hibbing High School in 1987 and then attended Hibbing Technical School. Tom enjoyed car races and helping Lee Ruzich with his car. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing his favorite song “Give Me Three Steps”.  Tom was an avid outdoorsman that loved hunting and fishing with family and friends. He enjoyed guiding bear hunts and fishing at K.T’s Resort where over the years he made many lifelong friends.  Tom had a great personality and an infectious laugh that kept his patrons entertained.  Tom truly lived for the day and lived the way he wanted too.  He will be missed for that big smile and warm heart.

Tom is survived by his parents; Tom and Janet Schinderle.  Significant other; Katy Brown. Sons; Jesse (Riley) Schinderle and Wayne Hidy.  Daughter; Holly Hidy.  Brother; Scott (Melisa) Schinderle, Sisters; Joann (Scott) Holter and Diane (Ken) Lorenz.  Grandchildren; Trenten and Trey Schinderle, Ezmay Olsen and Brinley and Eella Baumgartner.  Nephews and Nieces; Dakota Holter, Patrick and Peyton Schinderle, Kaden, Samantha, Miles and Mazey Lorenz.  Dear and Special friends; Mike Morelli “Louie” and Lee and Kim Ruzich along with far too many more to list.

Tom was preceded in death by his grandparents; Thomas and Josephine Schinderle and Matt and Mildred Hill.

Memorial Mass will be held Friday April 21, 2017 at 3:00 pm at The Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Hibbing, The Rev. Fr. Gabriel Waweru will officiate.  Visitation will be at 2:00 pm at the church.

A reception and time of sharing in Tom’s honor will be held immediately following the church service at the Goodland Community Center, in Goodland, Minnesota.
